Terms of Service
By using Spawnforge you agree to operate within the law of your jurisdiction and the Acceptable Use Policy below. Don't host content you don't have rights to. Don't use our network to attack other networks. Don't run cryptocurrency miners. Don't use our service for game-cheat infrastructure.
Acceptable Use
Permitted: hosting self-operated game servers, running mods you have a license to use, supporting your own community. Not permitted: outbound DDoS, port scanning, anonymizing/relay services, content that violates the DMCA, content that violates the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction.
Refunds
72-hour no-questions-asked refund on first orders. Within a billing cycle, prorated refunds for downgrades and cancellations. Refunds do not apply where service was suspended for AUP violations.
SLA
99.9% monthly uptime. Credits issued automatically for the affected service when missed. Excludes scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance and force majeure.
Privacy
We collect what we need to bill you, secure your account, and keep your servers running. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Server contents (worlds, mod files, world data) are encrypted at rest and accessed only when you ask us to.
Data we collect
Account: name, email, password (bcrypt hash), billing address, payment method (handled by Stripe — we never see card data). Service: server logs (rotated 30 days), backup data (per your retention policy), aggregated usage metrics. Site: standard server-side request logs (IP + UA + path + status), 14-day retention.
Your rights
You can export your account data and your worlds at any time from the panel. You can request deletion via support; we delete within 30 days of confirmation, except where retention is legally required (e.g., billing records).
